saving appleworks5 doc to windows

hi i hope someone can help me i am trying to save a document on AppleWorks
5,so i can attatch to an email and send to windows operating systems. i can
only save it under appleworks5 or clarisworks, is there some extention i can
download so this is possible. on outlook express i have enabled apple
double.
any help appreciated

Change the format of the documents so that it will support Microsoft Office applications and Outlook Express. This could make difference on the file so that it will be compatible to Microsoft Office

Or, download the latest AppleWorks applications and patches so it could be prevented from happening in the next time.
