Mac os X and Win 2000 DC

Does any one know of a way to speed up my mac clients on
the internet. For some reason my windows client gain
better access to the internet than my mac's. Windows
client pc's can download and view pages quicker, if anyone
can point to some articles or let me know what I can do to
balance this equation it would be of great help.

My suggest to remove all appletalk...
osX live IP as well..
